This year’s ESGCT has invited speakers across plenary, parallel and keynote sessions will represent the leading individuals and labs active in the field today. The ESGCT Annual Congresses has become known for their cutting-edge science, up-to-date programming, student engagement activities, and their focus on enabling in-depth networking and collaborations across exhibition, fully catered opening and closing events, coffee and lunch breaks, poster sessions and the famed Molecular Mingle. In Edinburgh, this will take place at the National Museum of Scotland where the galleries will be opened for exploring and will showcase the best of local cuisine and entertainment.
Clinical drug candidates must have not only appropriate affinity and target specificity, but also optimal biophysical properties. Using nuclease-directed integration, we constructed large mammalian display libraries where each cell contains a single antibody gene inserted at a single locus. IgG-formatted antibodies are displayed on the surface, permitting selection from the library of clones by FACS, which allows the selection for desirable binding properties in the final format. This system is uniquely sensitive to critical biophysical characteristics, such as aggregation propensity and poly-specificity, thereby enabling the detection and avoidance of problematic antibodies during the initial discovery phase.
Biologic drug discovery, development, manufacturing, pricing & market access, Clinical Trials. The Festival of Biologics brings together pharma & biotech, academics and research institutes, together with their partners across the value chain. Across antibodies, immunotherapy and biosimilars our participants share research, create new partnerships, and tackle the clinical trials, manufacturing and commercial challenges involved in bringing new therapies to market.
As the global biopharmaceutical industry continues to grow and evolve, companies are constantly facing pressures to focus on the patient as they improve the quality, efficacy, cost, and compliance of their life-saving products. The Biomanufacturing World Summit brings together the “who’s who” of pharmaceutical executives, cutting-edge technology providers and media partners for North America’s premier biologics event.
The Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mediterranean is the leading conference bringing together the ATMP community from Europe and beyond. Covering a wide range of commercialization topics from market access and regulatory issues to manufacturing and financing the sector, this program features expert-led panels, extensive one-on-one partnering capabilities, exclusive networking opportunities, and 60+ dedicated presentations by leading publicly traded and privately held companies in the space.
The American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy’s (ASGCT) Annual Meeting is the premier event for professionals in gene and cell therapy. The five-day meeting is the best place for people in the field to learn from the latest scientific research, stay up to date on new technologies, and make career-advancing connections with peers. Originally designed as a venue for academic researchers to share their work, the Annual Meeting has grown to serve a wide community encompassing clinicians, bio-industry development, regulatory agencies, equipment manufacturers, patient advocates, and more.
Established in 1992, the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy (ISCT) is a global society of clinicians, regulators, researchers, technologists, and industry partners with a shared vision to translate cell and gene therapy into safe and effective therapies to improve patients' lives worldwide.
The Spanish Society for Gene and Cell Therapy (SETGYC) is a non-profit organisation that represents scientists and health professionals in cell and gene therapy. SETGYC supports the development of cell and gene therapy in Spain and has become a central hub for the many people, and organizations involved in the field. The event will give access to around 200 delegates working at the forefront of the gene and cell therapy field, including academics, clinicians, industry experts, post-doctoral researchers, and students.
