Graph Details: FITC Dextran (500 µg/mL) was electroporated into K562 cells (5x107 cells/ ml) using the CL-2 and R-20K processing assemblies. The final working volume in each device was 20 mL. Cells were counted after electroporation to determine viability.

Graph Details: HEK293F cells were suspended in MaxCyte® Electroporation Buffer with FITC-conjugated dextran and divided into 6 CL-2 PAs. Samples were transfected on two separate GTx™ Instruments (3 each). Three aliquots were taken from each CL-2 post electroporation and assayed for fluorescence.
