HEK293F cells were suspended in MaxCyte
electroporation buffer with FITC-conjugated
dextran into 6 CL-2 PAs and transfected on two
separate GT Instruments (3 each). 3 aliquots were
taken from each CL-2 post electroporation and
assayed for fluorescence on a flow cytometer
to measure efficiency
