Phacilitate Automation brings together the Cell and Gene Therapy community to create, implement, and propose solutions and standards for automation.
Within Phacilitate Automation, there are two components to get involved in:
The Automation SIG is a series of working groups created to discuss and propose solutions to major obstacles on the road to automating cell and gene therapy manufacturing. In 2021 the SIG will be transforming into its new format, evolving from a single meeting each year, into 5 continuous, year-long working groups. We are excited to be co-organising these working groups with the Standards Coordinating Body for the first time.
An Automation Community is also being established as a place for those with an interest in automation to connect and closely follow the progress of the SIG all year round. The Automation Community will be a place where members exchange ideas, start or respond to discussion threads, join networking events, access content and stay up-to-date on the working groups and their proceedings.
