Graph Details: The reproducibility of electroporation with the R-50x96 was demonstrated by loading FITC-dextran into Jurkat cells. Transfection efficiency was assessed in 30 replicates at both low (20 μL per well) and high (50 μL per well) sample volumes. The percentage of FITC-positive cells was determined on day 1 and day 2 post electroporation. Error bars show +/- SEM.
