MaxCyte's® proprietary electroporation buffer is manufactured under GMP conditions and is available in multiple formats, for seamless incorporation into numerous transfection workflows.

MaxCyte Electroporation Buffer has been carefully developed to enable gentle, yet highly efficient transfection of any cell type. Its proprietary formulation has been fully optimized to work with all our instruments and Processing Assemblies at any scale.

Our buffer is made in a cGMP facility, is free of human or animal components, is 0.1 uM filtered, and is tested to meet technical, sterility, and endotoxin specifications.

To better adapt to your workflow needs, our buffer is available in multiple formats. Bottle formats are available in 100 mL and 500 mL volume and can be incorporated into numerous workflows. Our Closed Process Electroporation buffer is packed in sterile, medical-grade bags in 500 mL and 1 Liter volumes, enabling connection flexibility and compatibility with closed-process cell concentration and buffer exchange workflows.
